Hello!
My name is Eddie Lofton III, also known as Eddie2Deep. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. I am also a certified 3rd degree black belt in Shorinryu Matsubayashi Ryu Karate in which I have been practicing in for 10 years, and teaching for the last 2 years. I enjoy helping people along their fitness journey while also providing knowledge on ways to workout more efficiently to excel your progress and meet your training goals.
My Story
I have always enjoyed working out and keeping myself fit since high school. But it wasn't until after a graduated college is when I began to get serious about my own fitness. In 2015 I started practicing in Shorinryu Matsubayashi-Ryu karate, and from this point on is when I truly started implementing my workouts to help me evolve in my karate skills. I would use basic calisthenic movements like push-ups, pull-ups, squats and lunges to provide a way to improve my karate techniques. This would soon lead me to learning how to properly train with resistance, using bands and weights. Once I saw the improvements of my own body from working out consistently, I began putting more focus into resistance/weight training to further excel my body composition. I'm great at creating custom workout plans that helps me and others to progress towards their goals. I've also practiced yoga for flexibility and mobility, Tai-Chi for relaxation, and meditation for breathing techniques. It's been a long journey that has definitely provided a way for me to live a life that is free from stress, and I would like to be the one who motivates others on their own path to acheive the results that they desire. My mantra is "Made to Endure, Endure to be Made."
